The FitBar Cannonballs are versatile tool for ninja warriors, obstacle course racers, climbers, and fitness enthusiasts. The oversized eyebolt is intended to attach to a strap and hung from a pull up bar, ninja rig, or other structure capable of supporting the users weight plus the appropriate safety factor. The gritty hand hold surface provides maximum grip when compared to other slick ball grips. The eyebolt extends through the hand hold and thru a threaded plate for maximum durability. Each Cannonball has a maximum recommended user rating of 250 lbs. Excellent tool for obstacle training, grip training, or just general upper body / forearm strength training when used to do pull ups.
