- MATERIAL: Clay Tempered Sanmai Folded Steel, Full TangReal Top HamonReal Yokote,material selection, forge, quenching, polishing and grinding and final assembly are finished manually.
- The Blade Of The Sword Has Been Hand Forged And Quenched , In The Same Methods As Traditional Japanese Sword. -The Core Of The Blade Is Made Of Forged AISI T-10 Steel, And The Sides Are Made Of Forged AISI 1045 Carbon Steel Folded 10 Times, Generating 1024 Layers In The Steel, In True Sanmai Lamination Style. -The AISI T-10 High Carbon Steel (The Steel Has A 0.1% Carbon Content And 0.4% Manganese.
- It Is Extremely Hard -58 HRC- Making A Very Sharp Edge). This Blade Is Clay Tempered And Water Quenched, Then Polished And Sharpened By 18 Different Process,In the final polish of the blade, the traditional Japanese top level Hadori Polishing is adopted.
- PERFORMANCE - The blade is polished by hand. The surface is very smooth, bright and sharp enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet, and sharp enough to cut fruit, water bottles, and so on.
