This is one of two gym ball/ body ball exercise charts that we have recently released. This particular chart features exercises for upper body, lower body, abdominals, core and flexibility . Designed for anybody wanting to train at an intermediate to advanced level. This chart is a progression from our gym ball training chart for beginner to advanced level. All exercises are shown in form of 2 images each ensuring a correct start and finish position together with a visible range of movement.
