You can even attach battle ropes to your sled to bulk up your arms. Perform sled rows, pull-throughs, sprints, and core exercises with this sled core unit.
  • PAIR WITH TITAN SLED ACCESSORIES: Titan offers various mounting accessories to transform your core unit into a speed training machine. Choose from a High Bar, Low Bar, Single Arch, Wrap Around Rail, and Lawn Boy Handle, or update the skids with Replacement Shoes.
  • DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Constructed with a weight capacity of 750 LB, this durable, heavy-duty sled features two 2" x 3", 11-Gauge steel upright skids with 2" side hole spacing. It has a 0.25" thick base plate with two laser-cut holes for carabiners (not included).
  • DIMENSIONS: The Pro Sled weighs 102 LB and provides a footprint of 24" x 40" with an overall height of 39". This sled features two 37" push poles with diameters of 48mm, a 17" weight plate sleeve with a 48mm diameter, and skid widths of 4".
