The HZRDUS is a one-of-a-kind USSSA-approved baseball bat as it is made in a one-piece design, but incorporates two different materials. The materials used will be alloy in the barrel and composite in the handle. And as mentioned before, the alloy and composite components of the bat blend seamlessly at the connection point to give it a 1-piece design. The unique one-piece, hybrid (alloy barrel and composite handle) construction of this bat results in a feel that will be heavier in a hitters hands when they dig in at the plate. However, if your batter can handle a little extra mass in the barrel of the bat, this HZRDUS should greatly help your power potential at the plate! If you have a young player quickly advancing through their pre-teen baseball seasons (i.e. 11 and 12 year old seasons), then a Drop 8 bat size might be in order for them! Additionally, this Drop 8 is a near perfect suggestion for a player participating in 13U USSSA Baseball. Please be aware that within the 13U division of USSSA Baseball, at least a Drop 8 bat will be required for use (the only other bats allowed would be a USSSA Drop 5 bat or a BBCOR Drop 3 bat). TRUE is very aware of the need to assist customers if they experience a durability issue with their TRUE bat.
